The Manifesto on how to be Interesting by Holly Bourne

Hi again, sorry i haven't posted for a bit i have been away with family and friends and haven't had the chance to write any reviews so you will be getting two reviews today. As always, there are spoilers included in this review so if you don't want to read them then i suggest you stop reading now.

This most definitely was not one of my favourite books of Holly Bourne's, i found the protagonist of the story incredibly hard to connect with. The way that she treats Holdo so horribly just for a project made it very difficult to like her. As for the "love interest" of this book, i couldn't want it to succeed, as much as the book said that Logan was only a few years older than her, that he treated her well and that they connected, it still felt very, very wrong to me. First of all, Logan already has a wife, second of all he is her TEACHER and she is only seventeen. That is illegal. And i am aware that is kind of the point, that their love is "forbidden" but it was very difficult to read. Generally i love anything by Holly Bourne as i generally wholeheartedly agree with the messages her books send to readers, but i really disliked this book. However i will still be trying to find more books by Holly Bourne as this is the only one of her books i have read so far that i didn't like. Not one of my favourite books, but i didn't hate it, 3 out of 10.
